Willow ashes urns are available in two sizes. They are woven in the same way as the coffins, lined with an unbleached calico bag and finished with a drawstring top. Hemp hinges and a wooden toggle seal the caskets.
Size 1 = 12 x 12 x 12 cm (capacity 1,200cc)
Size 2 = 20x20x20 cm (capacity 4000cc)
Willow Coffin
Willow coffins are constructed from natural stripped plantation willow saplings, woven into the typical coffin form and finished with an attractive woven hem. A plywood base is fixed to the underside which helps it to move steadily (these also help maintain its rigidity).
The interior of the coffin, including the lid is fully lined in an unbleached calico.
Pet Willow coffins are suitable for both cremation and burial, and since there are no toxic chemicals used during manufacturing they are an environmentally friendly option.
